Meghan Wesolowski is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She has been with Peninsula Nephrology Associates since March 2025, caring for patients with kidney disease and related internal-medicine conditions. She brings more than 12 years of nursing experience, including nearly four years as a family nurse practitioner. She treats patients with a wide range of kidney disorders and other internal-medicine conditions. Her clinical specialties include chronic kidney disease; dialysis support (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis); hypertension related to kidney disease; and electrolyte and acid–base disorders.
