CRNP/PA Job Description

Peninsula Nephrology Associates seeking NP/PA to round and provide nephrology care to ESRD patients on hemodialysis in the local dialysis units. Outpatient clinic responsibilities include, but are not limited to, follow up of patients with chronic kidney disease stages 1-5, dialysis modality education and preparation, management of anemia and other CKD complications, reviewing laboratory and other diagnostic test results, handling prescription refills and managing patients through our remote patient monitoring program. In the inpatient setting, the NP/PA will assist the physician with rounding as needed. Requirements: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Valid Maryland License, Eligible to apply for staff privileges at area hospitals and dialysis units, BLS certified. Salary range: $109,000.00 to $128,000.00
